Programme terms

The commercial terms below are the ones the system actually applies today. The legal agreement is still with our lawyers, so nothing on this page forms a contract yet. We will publish the final version, and tell every affiliate, before the programme accepts its first application.
Commercial terms
These are read straight from the programme settings, so what this page says and what the system pays are the same number.
- Commission
- 5% of what a business you referred pays AGA Digital Tech Ltd, excluding tax. Some affiliates are on an individually agreed rate; yours is shown on your dashboard.
- When a commission arises
- Only once the referred business has paid us. An enquiry, a meeting or a signed proposal on its own earns nothing.
- Clearing period
- 30 days from the date we confirm payment, covering refunds and chargebacks. A reward cannot be withdrawn during this period.
- Payout threshold
- $200 cleared. Below that, a balance simply carries forward.
- How you are paid
- The ledger is kept in US dollars. Payouts are sent in your local currency, and we record the rate used on your dashboard alongside the transfer reference.
- Payment timing
- Transfers are made by hand, not automatically. Allow a few working days after you request one.
- What is not credited
- An enquiry from your own email address, one that arrives while your account is suspended, or one where the referred business was already in conversation with us.
- Your account
- Approval is at our discretion and we may suspend an account we believe is being misused. Suspension stops new commissions; it does not by itself cancel a reward already confirmed.
