Relevant data may be processed by approved technology providers where required to provide these functions.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Appropriate human review should be used for decisions that may materially affect an individual.

6. Client Data and Data Processing

Where AGA develops, hosts, integrates or operates technology for a client, AGA may process personal information on that client’s behalf. The client remains responsible for ensuring that information supplied to AGA was lawfully collected and may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose. Where appropriate, the parties may enter into a separate Data Processing Agreement.

7. Legal Bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on consent, performance of a contract, steps taken before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, or another lawful basis recognised under applicable data-protection law.

8. Sharing Information

We may share information with trusted providers required to operate our business, including cloud-hosting, database, AI, analytics, communication, payment, CRM, cybersecurity and professional-service providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect AGA, our users, customers or the public.

AGA does not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

9. International Transfers

Our technology providers and clients may operate internationally. Information may therefore be processed or stored outside Nigeria. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, unlawful disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, destruction and misuse. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Data Retention
