Introducing SupportOS AI — Making Every CRM Smarter

Our flagship plugin brings voice-to-ticket AI, issue analysis and auto-prioritisation to Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce and more.

Every support team we speak to has already made a decision about their CRM. They have configured it, trained on it, wired it into their billing and their reporting, and built years of institutional habit around it. Then an AI vendor arrives and asks them to throw all of that away.

We think that is the wrong trade. The problem worth solving is not that support platforms are bad — it is that they were designed before the tooling existed to read a message and understand it. The interface is fine. The intelligence underneath it is missing.

So SupportOS AI is not a helpdesk. It is a layer that sits on top of the one you already run, and it does three things.

It turns voice into tickets. Customers increasingly send voice notes rather than typing, and most support stacks simply cannot ingest them — someone listens, then retypes. SupportOS AI transcribes the note, extracts what the customer actually wants, and opens a structured ticket from it.

It analyses the issue rather than just filing it. Instead of dropping a wall of text into a queue for a human to triage, it identifies what the problem is and what category it belongs to, so the ticket arrives already understood.

And it sets priority automatically. Urgency is usually obvious from the message itself, but only after somebody reads it. Auto-prioritisation means the queue is ordered before anyone opens it, rather than in spite of when it was submitted.

It works with Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Zoho and Intercom, and with any CRM that exposes an API. Nothing migrates. Your tickets stay where they are, your team keeps the interface it knows, and the reporting you have built continues to work.

SupportOS AI is in active development and is not yet generally available. If your team runs one of the platforms above and you want to talk about early access, get in touch — we are particularly interested in speaking to teams handling high volumes of voice or multi-language enquiries.
